1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or subscribing to services provided by ViewTV.shop ("ViewTV", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge and agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
ViewTV provides digital streaming links, M3U playlists, and Xtream Codes API authentication middleware. We do not host, store, or re-transmit media files on our physical hardware. Users are responsible for ensuring their hardware and internet connectivity meet recommended bandwidth specifications (minimum 15 Mbps for FHD, 30 Mbps for 4K streams).
3. Subscription & Connection Usage
Each subscription is assigned a specific number of simultaneous active streams (1, 2, or 3 connections depending on the package purchased). Using more connections than your purchased quota may trigger automatic security locks.
4. Uptime & Maintenance
While ViewTV maintains a 99.9% uptime target across our redundant server network, occasional scheduled maintenance or upstream carrier routing disruptions may occur. We work continuously to optimize stability and route around localized ISP blocks with Anti-Freeze™ 9.4 technology.
